    While the breakfast was really good, with friendly service, noise from the upper floors disrupted the serenity of the gorgeous room. The unsecured entrance allowed passersby to stroll near the garden rooms, raising safety concerns .

    I was here for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for dinner. The rooms were neat and unique and the location was marvellous in the city centre. And it was also so close to sea port as well as the hotel's restaurant located in the underground level -again place.

    Location of this hotel is excellent in the heart of old town. It is a beautiful hotel, you feel yourself stepping in to middle age with all the modern world facilities. Staff of this hotel is amazing -they are so helpful, friendly and smiley all the time. Honestly this was the best hotel experience ever.

    Comfortable room, luxurious accommodation, super friendly and helpful staff and really great cooked breakfasts..

    No elevator as it is an historic old building, but not such a big deal as the staff will handle your luggage to/from the room.

    Food quality not up to standards. Frozen fish not acceptable. Poor choice of fresh fish for a coastal town. Difficult to get butter at breakfast. Noisy a/c duct and cramped in room 25.

    The spa was a nice treat with its relaxing sauna and rejuvenating foot massage options. Just a small note, the shower over the bath could use a little update to match the rest of the quality, but it didn't take away from our overall experience 😊
